This guide will help anyone who wants to participate in the Call to Action tomorrow, even if you’ve never done this before.

Step 1: Prepare Your Story

Take a few minutes to write down your personal experience. Keep it brief, honest, and focused:

  • How does chronic pain affect your daily life?
  • What challenges have you faced with access to care?
  • How do you hope policies or awareness can improve?

You can also use bullet points to make it easier to read or share.

Step 2: Decide How You Want to Participate

You can participate in one or more ways:

  • Call a major news network
  • Send an email or news tip
  • Post on a network’s Facebook news page

You don’t have to do all three — even one action counts.
